Help Editing the TvSeries Series View

Hello,

I really like the way this looks in the main tvseries screen (see attached pic labeled mainview.jpg)

I would like to also use the same thing in the series view. (see attached pic labeled seriesview.jpg)

Can anyone help me with the editing the xml file. I am not sure where to make the edits. Thanks!

nice work. but i have a problem in the 1.3 and in the new 1.4 version of the skin.
i use album view in music. i open music and select the first folder. then the skin hangs and does not refresh the screen. mp is not crashed because i can hear the clicks of the remote commands.
hope this can be fixed.

Hi Harley, Is ther a way to edit the skin xml to make the EPG guide have more lines, as it was in the earlier release. in version 1.3 I just replaced mytvguide.xml from the earlier version. I didn't want to use the same mytvguide.xml file with 1.4 just in case it broke something. How can I fix it please?

I'd like to know this, I only need the plot to display when browsing movies in MyVideos/Movies (or what is that called anyway). To see this I now have to select IMDB for each movie and open another screen to see this. I'd like it to work as on Recorded TV (with both IMDB data and .xml data stored on recorded shows).

There is one thing I would like to add. This already was in 1.3 so I don't really know why I didn't mention it earlier :


When you select "delete recorded TV" a "Yes / No" dialogue pops up. The "Yes" is only partially visible which doesn't looks well.

To correct this you have to change the text-offset in "dialogYesNo.xml" from "<textXOff>50</textXOff>" to "<textXOff>44</textXOff>". Thats all .

PS: Haven't you seen what I proposed for movie icon list view earlier ? Or did you just not want to implement this ?


Another thing: There seems to be something terribly wrong with the TV-Series View (See attachment for more), I haven't figured what's wrong in the code, yet... gotta get going to work now.
