Hi all,
..nice to see that you like the skin
as i have say it is not finished yet, it´s at the moment only a preview version.
Many are todo now, but i work on it.

i have do a update version of Basichome for you, so that Basichome starts with TV.
Change the atached File in the xface folder.
The EPG Screen is not done yet.

.yes, there is a bug at the moment in MpCode, so the zoomfunktion of the thumbs are not working.
But we work on it.

The Backroundcolour will be in finalversion be changeable and it will have a smooth animation.

Just remember that its not 100% yet.There is a bug with some elements disseapearing after some use, and wont come back untill mediaportal is restarted.
Like #TVSeries.Title and the view selections.
I donno what causes this, I have not been able to fix it, nor see any faults in the xml.
Perhaps a SVN error, or something in the skin code?

!!If I start basichome screen now and press enter when it's started then it switches to TV,
but
the photo cam icon is still in foreground (see attachment)
I discoverd too, that even if I return from TV plugin screen to basichome with ESC or H key, the picture is the same like attached. Pressing the left arrow botton jumps to digicam icon which is left from TV icon not from photocam icon
It seems that the focus is correct, so if I press the enter key I'll switch to TV plugin. Only the damn icon seems not be updated correctly...
Any idea?

Harley was probably tired and forgott to change the texture on a few controls
I updated it for you, I like it also when my tv is the first option.
EDIT! Oh wait its still wrong.. >_< This basichome is more complex than I first saw...

So, Harley. How is this Skin coming along? I've been waiting for it for ages and ages.
Imagine yourself coming home to your futuristic but still home-friendly flat. Image walls in white, furniture in white and somethings are shifting with black, chrome and blue. As you enter the living room there's a 32" flatscreen mounted on the wall, as of being met by a wonderful couch. You sit down and pick up your "remote control", a bluetooth headset, and you are met by the amazingly nice designed Skin that you're working on, and you just simply say "computer, music artist Vangelis". Now you sit back and enjoy life at it's max. This is home.
So please, get this skin up and working 100%!
It's the perfect skin, I can't understand why it isn't completed yet, although it's a lot of works it's very well worth it!
Keep it up, and complete it!

thanks for the file. I'm very sorry, I have to report that it is still not working for me.
Starting MP in basichome still shows the photocam in foreground, but the background text is TV (screenshot 1)
If I move my mouse, the buttons in the grey screen area are disappearing.
After entering TV plugin and returning to basichome with ESC there are two TV icons shown in basichome (screenshot 2)
Sorry for this bad news :sorry:
I didn't want to cause much work for you....

I'll see if I can fix it later tonite, unless Harley beats me to it.
(wich I hope he does, there are some special stuff in his .xml)

I got another problem with xface.
Often when I return from fullscreen tv oder video playback to the MP surface I got a completely smashed screen.
I have to exit and restart MP again.
Unfortunately if I try to make a screenshot with MP F11 key, the screenshot looks normal.
So I took my webcam to make a screenshot from my screen.
It seems to be an issue with the graphic card driver but this only happens when using xface skin. Not with Revision and not with B2wide.
The latest nvidia driver didn't solve the problem. But why this problem is only with xface
