If you have only a few channels in your main EPG, when you select a channel and 'ok' to go to the single-channel detailed EPG, it will only show the same number of rows as there are channels in the main EPG.

Scanning for radio channels causes the TV guide not to be able to be populated. The reason is that the "All Channels" radio group must exist if radio channels exist. The radio "All Channels" group is not created by default like the TV one is.

The full mantis is 3477, but we cannot seem to fix in time for 1.2.0RC.
So a workaround was initially applied and then reverted in SVN 28036. This needs to be re-applied for the RC.
