channelA is mapped to cardA.
cardA CAM is disabled

Digital Everywhere tuners have problems scanning and tuning DVB-S2 transponders with high data rates. Symptoms when scanning are that channels will be added to the DB named like "Unknown xxx". The reason is that SDT is not received so channel names are not known.

When volume is mute in full screen windows, number of volume bars is not correctly set. When volume is unmuted, then it's working correctly for the life time of full screen window.
