Hi everyone,

i've a question, how do i make a full sync from scratch ? I've installed the plugin, put in my credentials, checked Moving Pictures and MPTV-Series, but no sync.
I can sync my series with the build in option in MPTV-Series via manual sync. But then of course only my Series are online .

Found the Log but there is nothing in it :/

Hi Manini, please upgrade to the latest version (0.9.4.0) first. When you start MediaPortal it will automatically do a sync, if it still doesnt work for you then can you attach your full log file (preferably run in Debug mode) to your post.

Trakt have released a new user feature today so you can see just how much time you've spent on watching your tv shows and movies. Each user profile has a new charts icon like so.

If you could update to 0.9.4.0 and if the problem still exists, bump up the logging level to Debug so we can get a better idea what is going on.

Other than that sync happens automagically at Media Portal start up

Yeah, have to get on that!

Probably will start on it very soon, just a few things to take care of first so I can give that my 100% attention.

Hi Manini, you need to use a newer version of TVSeries. Your version v2.8.0 is incompatible with this plugin, you need v2.8.1+.

You can download the latest TVSeries from here: https://www.team-mediaportal.com/extensions/movies-videos/mp-tvseries

However, it did not gracefully complete loading...which is not good so we should fix that.

EDIT: fixed incompatible error stopping plugin load in v0.9.5.

OK this did it almost sorry i keep you busy ...

It sync my Series correctly but im missing like 50 movies from my database plus, when i use the option "Remove items no longer in database on Sync." it syncs and after that it deletes all my movies from trakt.tv again xD log attached.

I'm checking the log now to see which movies are missing .

Ok, it looks like you enabled (checked) both My-Videos and MovingPictures plugins in trakt configuration. Are you sure you need them both checked? Typically a user only has movies in one or the other.

Also, its not recommended to set "Remove items no longer in database on Sync." when both are checked because there is no way to distinguish between which plugin has what movies when online therefore when you sync on the other plugin it thinks you dont have that movie.

If you want both plugins enabled then you must also import those movies into MyVideos database otherwise disable My Videos and enable MovingPictures only or vice versa.

Come to think of it I thought we had a check in code to disable this if both were enabled. Will double check.

If you have any further issues please let us know and we can diagnose the log files.
