Wow, you guys kind of shocked me now. Immideatly checked the home page x times for the 1.0 download.
But i guess it wont take long. Thx to the Devs. And as there is always a bigger fish, we all can happily wait for 1.0.1. then...

Any chance that i will come till 12:00 CET tomorrow? Dont think my wife will let me work on a fresh install during christmas.

The team will announce the release as soon as it is ready.
There's no sense in making people believe it'll arrive within the next minute

Very nice, finaly its here. Unfortunatly my wife had some other plans for me then reinstalling my htpc.
But good to know there is a 1.0 waiting to be installed from me. And nearly all "bugs" i was afraid of to do a fresh install are solved - so no more excuses. FORMAT C:!!!!

Ignoring the warning I have now set 1.0 final to use the Xface Skin, and seems to work OK, except that for most plug in thumbnails, a standard picture is used.. but as far as functionality goes it seems to work fine.
The main reason I dont use the Blue3Wide is that the fonts are so big!, with the TV Guide not one program title is displayed completely. When watching TV clicking rh mouse button, the OSD fills allmost the complete screen! I watch on a 32"LCD at 720P resolution
What are the problems that may appear when using another skin then the standard Blue3Wide?

Ok, so perhaps a solution, but not the "right" solution. On the client, within media portal configuration, under TV settings, advanced options, I switched to UNC paths instead of the default RSS, and it's working very well. Sure I had to figure out the paths, but no big deal.

I have not seen that one but it is possible that after installing the 1.32 x86 version that I scanned and tested TV before installing the x64, but not sure it that would make any difference!
