That's a common problem of those Matrox cards. Not much we can do about it. Sorry to say that.

I'd also suggest a recent NVIDIA card (7xxx, depending on your budget) in combination with NVIDIA's PureVideo codec. (Using a 6600GT here)

my old vga card was an Nvidia 5700 but didn't work at 1366*768... and the color quality was not exellenty! so I think thas this problems there isn't on new model!

I think that custom resolution support was enabled in quite old nvidia cards by the way of new drivers. So actually, perhaps your old card would work well now?=)

I am using my 6600GT with a 40" lcd at exactly 1366x768@66p (I havent gotten any other refreshrates going yet though).

regards
Knut

Hi Gcarr, thanks for the reply, I downloaded the file and reinstalled it in Win7 Pro, it work, but only for the TV tuner and not the FM tuner. :-(. It was worth trying anyway.

I have also retired very early SD units, the Quatros seem to work much better than the older units. Go to SD's support website and download and install the windows...
