Thank you for your report. Can you please upload the fanarthandler.log from your mediaportal log directory. You find the directory by pressing your windows start button and go Programs\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal. Alos, what version of MP are you using? Last, can you please upload your basichome.xml file.

Try this. Goto the sub directory database in the mediaportal data directory (same as where the cache folder is). Make sure MP and MP configuration is closed. Delete the fanarthandler.db3 file. Make sure you have a fanarthandler.org in the database directory. Then start MP Configuration and goto the fanart handler and make the settings you like. Save and then start MP.

Please let me know how this works.

I followed your instructions and it seems to work! Only the MovingPictures fanart is not working yet. But maybe thats a settings I still got to change somewhere.

Hi... is it me or is the time counter in "Music-Now Playing" so soft is almost unreadable?

And also another question : in basichome I am using Images_RSS (which by the way is GREAT) and the weather information gets over the RSS line... is it something I've done wrong or a bug?

Thanks a lot for the new version, it seems much faster than the last (or maybe this is because I'm on MediaPortal SVN now instead of 1.0.2).

It seems that you've reverted back the navigation in lists so going up at the top will bring you to the last item, or is this only true for Music + "album view" mode? Switching to "list view" mode seemed to take me to the top bar menu instead. Is this intentional?

All the fanart seems to work now!

I have tried all day to get the Fanart MovingPictures to work. I just get a black screen.
The map "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs\MovingPictures\Backdrops\FullSize" are full with JPG pictures.

Anyone got a idea to solve this?

ehhh, now that U asked me I started to take a good look at the file again and noticed the extension is a PNG, and the fanart pluging dont support that. /bonk myself

Already looked at the MovingPicture configuration if I could adjust that, but seems u cant.

How does everyone else get the MovingPictues fanart to work with the default PNG files that MovingPictures download automatic?

You propably have installed the "out-of-date" beta 2 of Moving Pictures. The beta 3 - version uses JPG-Pictures again.

Just download the new beta 3, install it and run it's configuration. The backdrops will then be converted into JPG-format in a backround-process (you won't see any progress bar or something like that, so just wait a few minutes).
