How do i get Moving Pictures to rescan folders(add movies) that i deleted from Moving Pictures database?

On the Movie Importer tab in configuration, click the icon of the right (looks like a cog or gear) and select "Unignore All Files"

You can delete the file from your hard drive in GUI.
Click the menu/i button on remote (or F9 on keyboard), select movie options, then delete.
If you only want to remove the title from the database, but keep the file, then use MPconfig.
