can someone actually describe the basichome flickering to me? i've been on mp 1.00 since it was released and have been using the version of aeon Paranoid released at around the same time and i've never noticed it.

If you go up to the top buttons in basic home the display flickers\pulses.

Just downloaded 1.3 and it does work with normal home, are you really on RC2, which your "my systems" shows, because not sure if it will work correctly with that version of MP.

flickers/pulse? no theres is nothing, only some symbols for closing restart and so on.
yes i am still useing mp c2 becouse 1.0 wasn t working correctly on my system.
had lots of trouble with it.
no automatic wakeup from hibernation/standby for grabbing epg and so on.
system keeps just of.
mp 1.0 is to buggy for me.

No tv recordings showing under RecordedTV, otherwise looking pretty good, thank god the flickering basic home is fixed

Dam - messed that bit right up - should be ok now - attached a couple of screen shots and the updated mytvrecordedtv.xml, also updated the original update pack archive.

Noticed a couple of odd things with dialogs will have to look in more detail....

Here are Moving Pictures .xmls that works with the current SVN and the plugin. You'll notice that there's no watched/unwatched icons or flag, so if you want that feel free to edit the .xml. I have added a shiny overlay for the filmstrip that somewhat resembles Aeon Stark.

Btw, the rounded corners on my posters is due to the fact that my posters are transparent .png files with removed edges, so that's not "included" in this look.

Did you install Aeon Wide 1.3 from the downloads section and install first, this is only to update some files.

update:

with mp 1.0 it seems to work correctly.

can anyone plse explain me, for what are all the foto packs that people are offering here? are they usable with that skin?

That looks good emph, Unfortunately I have gone too deep into the MP rabbit hole so changing back to Aeon right now will keep me occupied at modding the whole skin for a couple of weeks to fit my needs. Waiting for Aeon2

Take it you mean Fan Art, yes they can be used, just put them in the relevant media folder.

Aeon Stark menu for Aeon wide....

I liked the new look menu so had a play around today and sorted something similar.

Thi is really just a test but it works so thought would upload, the archive contains new menu .png files, the Univers LT 59 Ultra Condensed font and an updated version of the Aeon Menu Generator.

To install copy the the contents of the Aeon wide directory into your you current Aeon wide skin directory, install the new font - on vista this is right click and select install, not sure on XP, think you copy it into the windows/fonts directory.

The the Aeon Menu Generator, point it at your Aeon wide skin directory and load the existing basichome.xml file - adjust the Menu Y posttion to suit (i use 552) and hit generate. By default a backup of your basichome.xml is created and is just a matter of copying this back to basichome.xml to undo any changes.

Please remember to delete the Aeon wide cache folder.
