Just installed, been really waiting for music streaming but not working for me. Can see all music files but nothing happens when I press the play button. Am I missing something?

I have the same problem. Completely un- and reinstalled MPextended, Wifiremote and ampdroid.
I can start movies without problems but if i try to start music nothing happens.

On my Nexus 7: After closing Ampdroid via the "recently opened app" window, Amproid shows two error messages when i start it again.
I have to accept these errors two times before i can start Amproid.

But after all a great Update.

Re music. I have the same problem. Can't stream or playback on my MP. Adding a track to the queue does work though??

Music and 1.3 MyVideos aside I can see just how much work has gone into this release. Thank you DieBagger!

Beyond this vague report please let me know what info I can provide to help bugfix.

on my devices music is also not working, Nexus 7 with Android 4.2 and Sensation with 4.1.2..
WebMP is playing music fine.
Music download with aMPdroid also not working.
The Log is from my Sensation and MPExtended.
If i can test something, you have my Mail-Address!

Music streaming is working perfectly for me. Over wifi and over the mobile Internet. Only issue I have is that i can't adjust the volume.

I have a galaxy s2 with cm9 rom

Hello DieBagger and everyone else involved into this: Thank you very much for thos nice piece of work.

With the following I want to contribute with my limited options.
While using and exploring all the awsome features I met some problems like:
- music download does not work (it just happens nothing)
- music streaming does not work (same as before: nothing visible happens)
- adding songs to the playlist works, but almost half a minute passes for song to show up
- Mediaportal dialogs show up on my tablet, but pressing one of the buttons has no effect and the dialog persists in MP
- EPG does not load normal (Laden fehlgeschlagen,...). I once have to press the button "later" (ok, it says "Später"...), then it loads the data with the current time and date.
- Can't make schedules from within EPG.

Sorry for seemingly be just unsatisfied with this: I can go one day with this app and now, I can also add music to a playlist which is one of my most desired features! So, thanks a lot!

For completeness my system specs: Archos IT70 (Android 2.3), MPextend (0.5) and Wifi (0.7).
Can I PN or post any logs which may contain important information?
