Ok,

I have try and in fact for me : Config / SetupTV / MPE Installer / Maker / DeployTool shouldn't be changed.
Only MP is needed.

But if i didn't change MP config, the screen resolution is not correct for ex : 1280x720 (should be 1920x1080), i don't why the DPIAware is not good but with it, it's really ugly

I have rebase the branch to only enable DPIAware for MP and i change MP Config to get the real screen resolution
Build will follow

I also have this problem with Windows 8.1 if I use Mediaportal in Window Mode.

I tested this build but the problem remains.

1) Configure Mediaportal to start up in Window Mode.
2) Select "DefaultWide" as Gui.
3) Start Mediaportal.
4) Look at the top icons. The screen within the window is displaced (about 20 pixels vertical up).

This happens on all machines with Windows 8.1 I tried. In Full Screen Mode everything is ok.

Only solution for me now: Manual resizing of the Window with the mouse and the screen looks normal again.
