    Gigabyte GA-MA69GM-S2H AMD690G with X1250 graphics
    Latest bios (F3) doesen't helps

    Thankyou all who replied.

    Although driver 7.2 with Catalyst Control Centre (aka CCC) disabled (not running on startup) worked, I can confirm ;

    7.10 works with CCC enabled after replacing flipy="true" with flipy="false" in all skin xml files.
    (7.10 seems to be much better than 7.2 especially since i can now run 1360x768)
    And disabling hot keys in the CCC is a good idea

    And I can recommend this simple free tool to do a batch search and replace ;

    You can run 1360x768 with 7.2 driver.
    The Radeon display driver is built to support a number of display modes that are not enabled in the driver by default.

    Use ATI's Radeon ModeMaker Program to do this

    ATI's Radeon ModeMaker: http://www.radeon.ru/tools/modemaker.zip

    Please, read documentation, you can add any resolution via registry modification. (DALNonStandardModesBCD key)

    Additionally you can use moninfo http://www.entechtaiwan.net/files/moninfo.exe to get info which resolutions your TV/Monitor supports. I was surprised when discovered that my TV supports native resolution 1360x768 via VGA cable only, but not via HDMI!

    http://www.entechtaiwan.com/files/pstrip-i.exe - superior program to play with non standard resolutions

    Well, my monitor does not "support" 1080p @ 50Hz - only 60 (reading EDID), but it works fine :)
    Thanks for the links!

    EDIT:
    At any rate, it is possible to enable these modes by adding registry keys to turn them on, IF your monitor reports that it supports these modes

    Any brave ones try the new 7.11 drivers yet? Is the freeze issue still there? (I am stuck at work!)
