I have the code you linked to flashed to my Arduino but I seem to have a few issues first I have about 4 LEDs every 30 that flicker or don't light up.

Do you have the same issue with other sketches?

and the LEDs stop working after awhile , a reset on the Arduino seem to get them working again but only for a few minutes,

Strange, maybe this is not the latest sketch version? As i dont use an arduino for my ambilight im not sure. But it looks ok to me.
Once again, @HomeY help us out . If this isnt the right version, could you please commit the new one to our AtmoWin branch?

Is there any settings that will cause this behavior?

Okay I found a few things out, The 4 LEDs that weren't lighting every 30 or so LEDs was due to the widescreen setting (not sure how or what the setting is used).

The reason the LEDs stopped working is unknown may a sketch error? Once I compiled the sketch from the HTPC instead of laptop it fixed it.

I used parts of the Sketch uploaded by HomeY as it didn't work as it was, different first 3 bytes.

Also I think opening the Atmolight plugin config wipes my reassigned LEDs config in AtmoWin. had to reassign 188 LEDs a few times. (not 100% sure, Not willing to test again sorry).

AtmoLights connection to AtmoWin is limited to being able to start it, stop it, connect via com object to it and send basic commands. All of these things however dont happen when you open the AtmoLight config. So, no, AtmoLight is not wiping your settings .
AtmoWin is quite "interesting" in how it handles some stuff. Maybe you have not saved everything correctly? There should be a xml file in your AtmoWin folder with all the settings. Check in there if your led assignments are present, and back it up.

Hi. Just got this up and running. Awesome stuff

I don't know if I have configured this wrong or not but I will ask the question. With moving pictures there is an option to play a random file from a specified folder prior to playing the selected movie. It's function is to display trailer files or something (I used it for Dolby and DTS intro's). What I find with Atmolight is that it works fine on the trailer but when that stops and the movie starts it doesn't turn on the lights. It is kind of a playlist.

The other thing is when stopping playback and returning to MePo, I think I have it configured correctly to work be active in MePo menus, but after playback stop there are always a few LED's on blue. 2/3 or 4 on each strip (but sometimes only one strip) usually around the middle of each that remain on?

Attached are my logs. The last action I did was to play a moving pictures movie which played an intro before the movie real.

Guys did 1.11 pre break the atmolight plugin?

I udated yesterday to 1.11 pre and AtmoLight doesnt seem to work anymore.

Homey did you try AmbiBox with ur setup?

I want to try it out but cannot get it working.

It works great with AtmoWin but doesnt even blink with AmbiBox, i suspect the sketch is not working.

Any ideas guys?
