you have check the new Build ? or self Problem with compile.

ReleaseStaticCRT|Win32 should work..
DebugStaticCRT|Win32 should work

other Build also Debug/Release/Template and so on not used by me.
and not test can also be a Problem.

MSVCRT.dll = this provide compil with DLL library available in native for all Windows Build.
MSVCR100.dll = software compiled with this can only work, if user (tester) have debug library installed.

yes so should be only work with normal Release is CRT a Problem for other poeple then.
otherside you can build Crt with MSVCR100.dll include exefile
