My LED's keep always ON, on the last color, when exit Atmowin. and maybe close com connection.

yes, only change the DLL in C++ option.
because XML and Atmowin don't have the same option.

So for me, all is working, except the normal 'Debug' mode.

i have tell never used before Debug/Release/Template Build so i have "not" test is working to.
for me is enought my release which have send is working.
Change the platform Toolset error should then be gone

That fixes the build process, but shouldn't MultiThreadedDebugDLL be default for XML project then?

yes. because if you don't provide debug DLL included, nobody without VS installed can test ( was my issue, few times ago) because software show DLL missing.
only the Release can be less DLL included. because use Public Runtime.

check for Switcheffect AtmoWin.cpp line 367
select it and use right contexmenu and call Find All References

then set on all Switcheffect a breakpoint and degugg it self.
