And just to cover all bases, this file contains all the 'before' frequencies as well.
Edit: Scratch that. I was editing the "all regions" file and didn't realise that I had already included all the missing frequencies in the 'safe' XML file that I posted earlier.
FWIW, as a user, I would much rather have to wait a few extra minutes during the initial scan than hack the XML files to include frequencies that may have changed since the release. Others may disagree.
Perhaps a 'quick' vs 'full' scan option could behave in such a way as to either rescan frequencies already found to contain a signal or scan all known frequencies.
