I'm sorry for continuing to hijack this thread, but anyone who's interested in the copyright stuff should really check out this blog, written by a Senior Lecturer at the University of Melbourne, in particular the posts on this following link, which cover the aforementioned newspaper article in easier to understand and better detail:
