Am I the only one still not able to add an avatar? I can not select any options except "no avatar".

Ok, I made those changes. But it is still not possible for me to upload my avatar. Under Edit Avatar it says No Avatar specified and Do not use an avatar is selected. There is no other control shown to select or upload an avatar.
