i have try on this test :
1 - resume with TV ON
2- resume with TV Off

and on this way, a new MP effect,
i hear sound, but i see the titan background,
back to Home, and "Fullscreen" button restored the TV vidéo ...

I did not understand you.

Please try this:

1. Go to Tv Plugin.
2. Start watching a channel.
3. Press stop and exit from tv fullscreen (stay in tvplugin).
4. Enter standby.
5. Test the resume.

the logs files, as asked

This morning, the resume was OK.
and TV resume also fine, but the vidéo appear after the audio
the step is :
TV Audio
titan background 5-10sec
TV vidéo + TV Audio sync.

Edit: i have forget to say,
MP was freezed on TV GUI during resume.
TV was stopped before send it to sleep, and the TVE was OFFline
