I have two client machines exhibiting this problem. I tried the fix on both machines and it did not work on either of them.

Sorry, but that didn't work either. I replaced the file on each client and rebooted, but to no avail.

I'm having other config problems with my HTPC. So I need a bit more time to check this sorting stuff. I will check this as soon as my HTPC is ready again. 
I had the same problem for weeks and nothing worked but now its gone.
