Hey Gents,

Is there a way to back up moving picture's DB? Like where all the movies are stored, custom entries, and the fanart/covers used? Thanks!

If you're running Windows 7, you'll find the database file (movingpictures.db3) in 'Program Data\MediaPortal\database'.
This has all your settings stored.
The Backdrops/covers can be found in 'Program Data\MediaPortal\thumbs\MovingPictures'

(Program Data is a hidden directory)

Anyway, I found a way to do this which was far from automated but relatively low effort. I found what looked like all the images (CD covers, DVD covers, backgrounds etc all lumped together in...

maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck? Preferable with as much disabled as possible also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything) maybe other programs competing for resouces?
