is only an sugestion, for install BassBox Viz, http://wiki.team-mediaportal.com/1_MEDIAPORTAL_1/17_Extensions/1_Installing_Extensions
but is a bit off topic .....

so, i have made 3 installer, for each one Winamp / Sonique / Bassbox
same structure, all Plugins Files, must be inside "Files" folder. you must only owervrite the icon.png file because is empty ( was only for set one link inside installer )
all builds are set [Name extension]_[Version of build].mpe1 who are set on 1st tab
the update files, should be generate for each release (official) because we use it, for package update / instalelr inside MPEI installer.
if you have question, lot of guys here, are guru of it

if is not better create Goups? with one installer (VizInstaller)
and the user can set the checkmark how install only selected Plugin..
and the install should only work >= 1.5 pre released other Version can not read BassBox Plugins

you can set the version of installer dedicated for MP version.

Yes, we can also make only 1 installer, but 14mb for each download maybe a bit big ! and is my opinion i prefer have one installer, because as are defined, all files are deleted at each update ( unisntal before update, but easy to change).

if you want one installer you must add 3 groups inside an create an select box. in instaler section
i think you do an external repo, and update on it all your work. ( same of ambilight 4 MP repo, in my signature, is only an example )

i'm not the author of BassBox Plugin.. should be "BassBox author"
Author of Winamp Plugin should change from "Sonique to Winamp author"
or use "various authors" for all
i think is not a problem create one Installer Archive 14 MB is not so big

i forgot.. all Plugin should be selected as default so i can deselect which i not will used.

sorry i can not create it with installer.. no experience with it
