Thanks Lehmden, can you tell me what codecs/splitters you are using on your system?

I don't think it has anything to do with the MKV's.
I can play other MKV's just fine, and all the 3D SBS MKV's are failing, but working in VLC. We are talking about 6/7 MKV's I tried to play...

silly question but ... do the SBS mkvs play by having the plugin disabled? (from the Configuration).
If yes, then it is definately not a plugin problem ...

    Hi.
Can you post the output of "MediaInfoLite" of one or two of the not working sbs mkv? Maybe we can see better what's wrong.
I've installed LAVF Splitter/Codec on Win7 x64 and use Ms-Codec for h264 content (gives a slightly better HDTV experience for me, on other h264 content there is no notable difference)... I'm using Stereoscopic Player 1.7.9 with red-cyan anaglyph output (as I did'nt own a 3D TV jet).

    Hi!

So - after playing around with the Plugin - well - if you have a 3D TV it's rather useless ;) - but one thing makes it cool - the option to play a 3D File in 2D. For now I have to get files in two formats - 3D and 2D to have the option to play them as I want (not always you want to play a file in 3D ...) - so - here is the Question: What about a simple plugin to switch between 3D and 2D?

You can use this plug-in as follows:
    - Source Format: The actual 3d video format, Side by Side for example
    - Output Format: Mono Left or Mono Right

For this case you can also create a profile with the Output Format set to Mono always and name it "View in 2D" for example.
I hope this feature is "useful" to you.

Is anyone having good success with Anaglyph glasses. A while back I posted that I had ordered some amber blue glasses from Amazon:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/GLASSES-AMB...JPXU/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1339011520&sr=8-3

They are copies of the color code system. I was assuming, based on what I have read about the color code system that this would give the best experience. However, I am getting a lost of ghosting. I suspect that the lenses are not quite right. However, the official colour code glasses cost a fortune.

Has anyone had success with either the red/cyan or the green/magenta. If so could you let me know the glasses that you have purchased?

I have just ordered a couple of pairs of these, as I have read very good things about them:

    http://www.amazon.com/Glasses-Pro-Ana-movies-Computers/dp/B0036NP3CS/ref=pd_sbs_ba_1

I'll let you know how I get on.

I purchase a couple of pairs of cheap red and blue glasses to give this plugin a go with my none 3D plasma. Although everything works and is stable I am struggling to achieve accurate colours with any of the various output formats.
Should I try a different colour pair of glasses since I can not seem to see any red.
Also I would appreciate recommendations of good quality anaglyph glasses proven to work with this plugin.
