Ok here is an interlaced .ts dvbs2 capture, it is not 3D but that doesn't matter since it is the same principle.
Regarding the "Auto" flag, it would be nice if you manage to expose "Auto" too cause if you can only expose On/Off then we get the following issue:
Lets say the video is Progressive and you set Deinterlacing to ON then Stereoscopic filter will flag that as Interlaced and will force Deinterlacing to be applied on render level which is not the best thing. But if there is no way to expose Auto (strange cause somehow Stereoscopic player is able to set this flag by default when u open a file within the player itself) then i guess On/Off is better than nothing
