Is there any way so that media portal can use media player plugins

For example the msn plugin

If it cant be done just now is there any reason it cant be done in the future

no.

BUT we do have a msn plugin for media portal. as far as i know it is built into the latest version of mp.

The problem is that media portal is not media player thus the plugin dont work.

If you are looknig for a plugin is strongly sugest looking for it on here as we have quite a few. if not you could make a sugestion for some1 to dev it.

The way i understood it media portal uses media player to a point

The msn plugin for media player alows your personal message to be what your listening to,

The msn plugin for media poral is just msn in the media portal gui

what i want is a way to use the media player plugins when playing music or a video
