Cannot start TV-Server configuration / HELP PLS ! (1 Viewer)

After clicking on TV-Server configuration MP asks me to start TV-Server. Then I cklick on OK. Then I wait for about 5 mins. ans this window appears: (see screenshot in attachment)

How can I fix this ?

FYI, you can also play with these settings: show TV Server Configuration shortcut => Right-click => Properties => Compatibility => Change High DPI settings That way you don't have to change the whole scaling of Windows just for this particular application
