Well I sort of can. But only when I've re-order by title. But that doesn't work because I can't browse folders anymore.

How can I get it so I can see IMDB data and still browse my folders?

Thanks

Even in shares view, you should still see any files that you have added to the database.

Did you add folders + scan in MPconfig\Video\database.

No. I see the files fine in share view, but while in share view I CANNOT get the IMDB data to be displayed for video files. I can browse folders, display album art, but summaries, and all that remain OFF in share view.

The only way get the IMDB movie data to display is to view by title. But when I do this, MP strips away everything BUT files with IMDB data, and can no longer browse folders or view other movies without it.

What I'm asking is for best of both worlds. I want to be able to view IMDB on files that I add it too, but also still be able to view and browse everything else.

Last time I had MP I got it working. But for what ever reason it's not working now.

EDIT: nvm, no I did not scan in MPconfig. I assumed this was only done when looking automatically looking for IMDB, and most my movies do not have any info. Regardless, I am doing that now.

    yup

This is when I "Switch " view by Title
which is the only way I know to get IMDB info to show

This is when I switch to share view, only way I know how to allow me to go back and browse my folders
