since this patch TV EPG grabber screen doesn't work for me anymore.

Look at SVN log for TVEpgGrabber.cs, r27531: nothing changed in OnSectionActivated for EPG, and that's where it fails for you.. Also, nothing is (was) failing in my tests. You should do some more debugging Or try it out using clean SVN check out.

Me too on SVN and EPG screen works, No exceptions in logs.
From exception looks like you have orphaned channels mapped to missing card but it is just an assumption

Ah yeah i removed a card. How to fix that?

You should had recieved a message to remove channel mappings to that card when was deleting it. No i see only a way by checking and clearing db, Channelmap table
