I did the update satellite list and the rescan, but the three RAI channels are still missing.

I received an answer from a TV-satellite forum and they said I should change the frequency on the receiver to 10992 V SR 27500 FEC 2/3. Well, I don't know how to do that in the TV-server configuration.

I would like to attach the logs with the "report bug" option, but I can't find this option.

Okay, it looks like that transponders is already in the transponder list. To get your logs:

1. Open your start menu.
2. Search for the MediaPortal folder.
3. Open the "debug mode" link.
4. Select the 3rd option to zip up all your logs.
5. Post the logs here.

Ahh! Fair enough. It is probably easiest to just post the full set of logs like last time - they'll be in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\log.

Are you *sure* they're not in the list - they should be easy to find with the search box. You might not like this but perhaps it would be best to delete all your channels and do a full rescan.

AW: Channel not available / No PMT found

i´d like to confirm this issue. Since upgrading from 1.2 Alpha to 1.2 Beta i get no PMT found. The problem is that this occurs sporadicly. I have two FireDTV DVB-C cards daisychained. I have set both cards to STOP. For me it looks like that i can´t tune to any transponder if this occurs. Also restart the service dosn´t help. After few minutes it´s working normal.
I´m using also MDAPI, but i have also disabled and deinstalled it -- whithout fixxing the problem.
I can post some log´s later if needed, but a quick check to the Log´s posted from PAT tells me that is the same error.

Hi,

sorry ... seems, that this issue isn´t replicabale for me since two weeks. SO i had a chat to the provider ... and they confirmed
that they had some problems in the dvb-c network. On they HP ... we have currently no errors
So a technican confirmed it to me. After two weeks everything is working as expected. No PMT errors. Sorry for wasting of time.
