Hello. Think it's not going to work for me then. My cable provider is only supporting ci+ modules(I've got 2 here) but my anysee tuners don't support ci+ just ci as far as I know. So I can only use the smartcard slot. Is there a change it will work in the future?

Thanks anyway and keep up the good work.

At the moment I think it is quite unlikely. The software interface for controlling/accessing the slot is very low level and there is no documentation available. Further, I think we would have to create something like an M***I plugin if we wanted to support it. So in summary it could be very complex and timeconsuming.

    Sorry to disappoint...

    Hello Killer8

    Welcome to media portal.
Look at the dutch forum if anyone uses a cam.
Now I'll go further in English as another language is actually not allowed, as you can use mediaportal because it has great advantages over MCE, and of course its very good support.

    Jean[DOUBLEPOST=1343585752][/DOUBLEPOST]Hello,
Maybe can Peter Andersson tell you more he is also a cable user.

Thank you, I will do a search in the dutch forums. The problem is that my ci modules are ci+ and the one supported by the anysee is just ci. Will let you know if I get it running with a ci module.

I have tried it out and it manages to decrypt channels perfectly with irdeto2 cam will do more testing next weekend so far so good. Just have to figure out the extremely slow channel change on dvb-t channels.

    Hello mm,

Are there any significant changes to the code, if so I'm always willing to test it.
The supplied installer works perfectly until today.(y)

    Hi

Any news? I would love to try this.

I have two Anysee E7 T2C that I currently use in Windows Media Center through DVBLink.
Works flawlessly, but WMC has it downs and I would rather use MP. I've been trying MP 1.3Beta for awhile and I love it and would like to switch to MP.
I have a DVB-T/T2 from Boxer Sweden sub. Atm CI+ is not enabled. I've tried the DVBLink to MP-IP option, but I find that rather bad.

Any chance to get this to work with Mediaportal 1.3 RC?

    /Mike

I'm in the same position as Mike, have a Anysee E7 and Boxer in Sweden. Using it in MediaPortal since a long time ago but only for the unencrypted SVT1 HD & SVT2 HD. I would love to see native support for the other encrypted HD channels as well. I have not yet added the encrypted HD channels to my subscription from Boxer.

    Hi
What’s the status of the Anysee implementation?
It’s been quiet here for a while?
Is it possible to try it?
I’m looking for a replacement of SageTV and I have two Anysee E7 S2 CI Plus with Strong CAM.

I don't think so, because MP has no way of knowing at which timestamp the external player stopped playback. Best way to achieve this would be to use an auto-resume feature in your external player itself. (MPC-HC can do that, I don't know about VLC)

I made some updates to the Wiki page describing the <import> and <include> tags, including adding a couple of new xml examples. For the first example, I highlighted the example text and eventually found the location in the menus where I could select the CODE macro to have the example text formatted as a code example. So far, so good...

Are different people taking turns watching the same thing on the same HTPC? For me, separating users in MP2 is a drawback, as is the interface. Simply put, this can't be done in MP1, or rather, it can't be done quickly, because everything would have to be rewritten. But if each user logs in with their own Windows account, MP1 can...

maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck? Preferable with as much disabled as possible also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything) maybe other programs competing for resouces?
