There are some errors there to do with HTPCInfoPlugin.HTPCInfo plugin so I would start there.
Failing that some details about what happend / is happing would be useful

Perhaps you could try Debug Mode (Start ->->-> Team MediaPortal-> MediaPortal Debug mode)

Since over a year my MP sometimes stucks while showing the welcome screen. It started once a week now it happens every second time...
