Done that im afraid but getting nosignaldetected error where as last time it was no pmt detected and the above was a fix which did sort it however seemed to stop grabbing itv and c4.

To sort the EPG issue, either delete the database and start again or delete the affected channels then scan again.

ah forgot about the `Change the Polarisation to Horizontal` only other option i missed JoeF, hope djblu suggestion works for you, must make a list of alterations needed to fix certain issues.

was not having a dig at all i just meant i would get a list of fixes in a list so peeps could try them until you release another update

Cheers. Will give it a go. By delete database do u mean within mp config? Channel section.[DOUBLEPOST=1354115876][/DOUBLEPOST]im afraid no matter if i change the service ID or polorisation i still get nosignal error even though tv is working fine.

How to delete the tv mySQL database:-

Stop the TV Service. Close SetupTV.
Open MySql Command Line Client
enter your password should be "MediaPortal"
then type
drop database mptvdb; [return]
Now you can open SetupTV.

Well the earlier change suggested by Atomic has possibly fixed the issue I had with the TVservice crashing - but something is still certainly not happy

I was away on business for the last two days and pretty much as soon as I left the house, the TV stopped working - my wife was not happy! lol

When I came back I had a look and the timeshift drive on my server was full, I had a 25GB file named Custom_2551.ts - this had chewed up all my space.. but the normal files in there seem to be named livetv_x.ts

Is the something to do with the EPG?
