I sit down to watch a movie - but some thing comes along to disrupt my viewing.
How do I create a filter to show me the movies I have partially watched?

I guess I'm asking for the moon - no-one knows how to create a custom filter to only show partially watched movies?

I just had a quick look and was able to do a basic filter -

Create a new empty menu item in the movie categories section .

    See screenshot below -
    movpic1.jpg

Filter by resume time and play around with the figures .
I tried as in the screenshot above and it listed movies I know I haven't finished watching .

I'm not sure if the "15" in the screenshot refers to minutes or percent ( I assume it's minutes )

It'll need tweaking and experimenting to get perfect .

    Hope this helps

Hi. I was probably being a bit fast and loose with my terminology. I meant "somewhere within the files that MP2 uses in its database". Anyway, I found a way to do this which was far from automated but relatively low effort. I found what looked like all the images (CD covers, DVD covers, backgrounds etc all lumped together in...

Yes, unfortunately, this would need a code change to support it. Next time I'm doing something on the plugin I'll try and remember to add support for this sort order.

I'm running 2.5 with the WMC skin. I have .mp4 files, along with the related .srt files in the same folder. I can watch the movies just fine. In past versions of MP, like 2.4x, I could press the More Info button on my remote twice, and on the second press, an option for showing/choosing the subtitles was listed. I'd select the...
