Did you delete the whole cache folder - including the folder itself - or only the subfolders?
If so, try to create a new folder named C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\Cache\
thanks for the thought, but no. the cache folder is still there. blue3wide folder is still there too, i tried taking the other folders out and putting them back in but nothign works
what might help..
is can comebody please zip or rar their streamedmp cache folder and post it?
that would work too. i renamed the blue3wide cache folder streamedmp and it booted up (but it obviously didn't have the right graphics)

It appears that MP somehow caches previously used subtitle files for subsequent use next time the same video is played. My problem...
Hi, it looks like the Client's server connection settings got corrupted somehow and were reset, hopefully this is an easy fix.
Open MP2-Client, navigate to Settings->General->Connectivity->Home server.
In the menu on the left there may be an option Detach from home server, if there is click it and acknowledge the dialog that pops up...
