If Media Portal is a no go then what about Home Entertainment Portal, the term used to describe M$ and Sony's efforts in this field.

Yahoo search only returned 14 results none of which were names.

How about MediaManager (MM) or MediaAccess (MA) or Media Access Manager (MAM)?
