sourceforge seems to have script-issues at the moment, all downloads of any projects do not work for me. Lets hope they get it fixed soon.
Try this untill it´s fixed
Copy the link from the download-function by right-clicking on the link, choose copy or save link (don´t know the exact command in English I have a swedish version).
Paste the link in the adress-field in your browser. The download works, but it´s a bit slow.

The problem with MP 1.32 was that the TV Server component was still 32-bit, even when you installed the 64-bit version of the MP client. MP 1.33 will have 32-bit and 64-bit versions of both the MP client and TV Server.
