I assume this is mostly because your videos do not require a refreshratechange. Check your MP log - the refreshratechanger is also used when launching movies via MyFilms.

You have right. I can see the refresh rate control into the log file. And now I can see the popup window too. it seems to have a relationship with my first issue here : https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/...g-delay-before-playing-my-films-4-8-0c-66796/

When I import new films using Moving Pictures, it takes an incredibly long time for the information to be found and downloaded...

I ended up deleting U&W and rescanning for channels. That fixed the issue.
