it seems t odetect 0fps on your movie file.
can you try working movie, than you remember ?

of course it does not work for any video file

can you open, configuration, go on DRR tab, and exit with saving ?
and retry

of course Ive already tried to disable, save, exit and enable, save, exit and also clean reinstall AMD drivers

Try to do a fresh logs with only one movie play and close MP.
For now i don't have idea where culprit can be.
You can try madvr as replacement...

Ok some how, mediainfo wasable to detect frame rate from the video :

So it will not try to change DRR, i already seen this when the video has a variable bitrate can you try to remux one of your video and test again and if that failed, can you upload a sample ?
