Good question.....I can't get the BD Handler to work....

MP has build-in support for Blu-ray menus, but not for BDJ discs (Java menus). But also the full discs with Java menus can be played out-of-the-box by selecting the title.
The most important thing with commercial discs is to use a decrypter (like AnyDVDHD or DVDFab Passkey Lite).

I am in the process of setting up a legacy media player (Mede8er) which I happened to have laying around into my home cinema setup...
I was just tinkering with a few settings in the MediaPortal configuration and am happy to have found the cause of the problem.
Disabling the option "Single seat setup: force RTSP usage" under "TV/Radio", "Advanced Options" resolved the issue.
After I disabled this option, I was able to delete the recordings the first time...
