MP 1.4 reorders the thumbs for Video & Pictures as it is not performant to store 1000s of files in one Directory. So MP creates subdirs in them. If you do not have a lot of thumbs, they will be empty but will grow the more thumbs you have.
And why are created with thumbnails in the directory with the movies? For them, there are these directories.

What relation it has between folder automatically generate in "\thumbs\Videos\Actors\ActorsMovies" and datatable "IMDBmovies"? How folders are generated?
OK....perhaps impatient of me I know, but went for a full reinstall....and now up and running once more.
Have no idea what was at the root of this problem....still wondering if it may've been due to a Win11 update earlier this week?

Have used MP1.38 64 successfully since it's introduction.....now something has changed.
Video folders are still present.....but now...
