Error Importing TV Shows (1 Viewer)

hi, I'm having issues with the import procedure... everytime I start the import and the process gets to Retrieving metadata of 8 Series i get the attached pop-up

okay thats fixed... but now I'm not getting any fan art and I cannot choose the option menu or begin import from within my-tv series plugin within mediaportal

This occurs when the application is having trouble contacting the online database. Ive had it happen quite often of late.
