It happens only with videos with forced subtitles.. other videos are working.

Maybe it would be good to see if others have this problem too with your new .dlls or if I'm the only one.

I did some more testing and your .dll works fine with your sample. German subtitles are shown without doing anything. =)

I guess the problem is CoreAVC 2.5.5 as h.264 Video Decoder.

CoreAVC + DXVA + ANY subtitles = crash (runtime error as I reported)
CoreAVC + DXVA + NO subtitles = working as expected
CoreAVC + DXVA disabled + subtitles = working as expected

I've already see that CoreAVC crash sometimes, i have prepare a rework patch of graphbuilding (in it's earlier stage) but it seems that it solve CoreAVC crash

Yes, your sample crashes too.
I got an ATI card (HD 5770). I thought you also got an ATI card according to your system specs and your signature.

In the logs theres nothing about the crash.

The windows protocol shows this error:
