    Unfortunatly these come up every couple of weeks it seems. Not much that can be done except warn people not to fall for those.

    This ones pretty bad though in that you don't even get a CD, but just a download link. One could argue that if he hosts the file himself his "service" is the hosting, but I bet you just get a link to sourceforge.

    Oh well, life's too short to worry about scumbags like that.
