About tvclub, you're true it's an open & undergroud oldies Tv. (http://tvclub.fr/index.php/fr/). Not all channels are always open and sometimes video is missing (retry), due of the stream. You can also change the :

• <item key="showadult"><![CDATA[false]]></item> to <![CDATA[true]]>

About Pluzz: there are many streams, if someone has a better naming:

• UHD (ultra HD or better HD or really HD): BANDWIDTH=1466000,RESOLUTION=1024x576,CODECS="avc1.77.30, mp4a.40.2"
• HD (or nearly HD): BANDWIDTH=831000,RESOLUTION=704x396,CODECS="avc1.77.30, mp4a.40.2"
• SD : BANDWIDTH=575000,RESOLUTION=512x288,CODECS="avc1.66.30, mp4a.40.2"
• Other that i didn't use, less quality and bandwith.

When it's possible there are at least two quality choice.

About M6, it's seems that there are only chunk of video in playlist. there is an other way to catch content but with DRM. That's why i'm looking for a way to rebuild a full playlist with chunk.
About TF1/TMC/NT1 (maybe taratata), a token is needed to read wat.tv content and at the moment, i don't undestand how to get it.

Well things are getting a little bit more complicated now.

a little update:
- Correct some bug.
- Add Rmc Sport
- Add a simple IPTV Provider to manage M3U playlist (like a kodi extension). Have a look at the site def: add category linked to a m3u playlist. The result depends of MP version (MP2 seems better except for buffering and m3u8 support). i won't support the content of the playlist, of course, the following are for example.
