The download is now available in the Athena thread with info, please follow the instructions before posting saying it does not work ! Ensure you have latestmediahandler installed/enabled and install all the fonts inside the MPdefaultfont folder.

There is no external editor anymore, at the moment you can go to the little cog on the far right of menu and switch a few tiles, it's not fully implemented yet but all editing will be done inside mediaportal from this point on.
Out of interest what is it you are wanting to do ?
