Is the Gyration GP2000-01 RF MCE remote supported by MP?

If anyone knows, please let me know. I'm tired of buying only half-compatible MCE remotes =)

Have not seen that one posted anywhere here on the forum, if after 2 days no one has owned up to one working ok, then I would say no to be safe.

Just do not want the original, cheap one ha.

What function does it do when you drop it.

Heh. I will probably end up buying the original MS MCE remote. It just seems a bit pricey for what it is, and doesn't have extended buttons (like 'My Videos', etc), which would be cool.

The only other remote i've tried so far is the i-one Libra-Q11 . This thing wouldn't work very well at all. The 0-9 keys worked, and the arrow keys worked, but I think that's only because those transmit the similar keyboard codes to up/down/left/right arrow keys. Nothing else would work -- play/stop/pause/green-button/etc. The whole thing feels a little ghetto too. But I'm not surprised, since it was only $18
