Run Filmerit and see if there are any errors (link in signature)

If no errors found, then I suggest installing Vista Codec pack, after uninstalling haali\ffdshow\mpc-hc codecs, see if that has now corrected any error you where having, with the same codecs.

Fixed all Errors in Filmerit but i am not going to install Vista Codec Pack. I still bet on MPC Video Decoder in DXVA mode :/

VCP installs MPC-HC the same as SAF, the only thing is, it makes sure the correct splitter is used for the particular file type being played, and with its control panel, you can easily see what should be used, this can correct the errors some people are seeing.

Ok, just tried running some checks using h.264 video at 720p, Cyberlink runs at 2-4% cpu, CoreAVC 10-14%, but MPC-HC sits at 45-50%, think there may be something seriously wrong there.

I have had this problem of haali not beeing disposed with MPC-HC for ages now... unfortunately this problem under windows 7 is even worse. You can not play more then one .mvk without restarting mediaportal or the second one gives an error. I've tried everything I can (various versions of haali and MPC-HC, codec packs, ecc.) but was not able to solve the problem. I have this problem also with a fresh install of windows 7 + haali + MPC-HC or SAF. I wonder if someone that experienced the problem has been able to solve it or what can we do to find the cause (ati drivers?, other).

I give here my configuration that causes the problem:

    - Windows 7 x86 RC (but the problem is there also with windows XP)
    - haali media splitter (version on haali site but I have the problem also with the new version x86/x64)
    - MPC-HC codec (tried various versions)
    - reclock (the problem is there even without it)
    - EVR
    - SPDIF Passthrough using ac3filter
    - ATI 3450 Video card with ATI 9.7 drivers
    - thumbnails generation in MP deactivated
    - ATI BE-2400 Processor with NForce 560 Chipset

Hope we can find the cause of the problem together...

For begin, lets try to find source of problem.
Are you able to disable DXVA decoding in MPC-HC decoder?
If yes - is the problem still there?
