I know only about toshiba notebooks HDMI Laptops with Toshiba REGZA Link | Research Center | Toshiba
no as there is no hardware support. cheapest solution is to use arduino.

You can use the pulse-eight USB-CEc adaptor ([url]http://www.pulse-eight.com/store/products/104-usb-hdmi-cec-adapter.aspx[/URL]) and the CECRemote plugin
