There is no xbmc to MP converter app or something like that. :p The structure of xbmc plugins is completely different than MP plugins.

So You can't.. But wich plugin do you like to see for Mediaportal? Maybe there is one allready.. Otherwise you can do a request in our plugin section.. :)

Not in an automatic way, xbmc is using python scripting while .net plugins are written in .NET.

You might be able to re-use code using http://ironpython.net/ but it would still need a developer to adapt (and compile) it to a MediaPortal plugin. Out of curiosity, what plugin would you want to "port"?

You could try the "Onlinevideos" plugin, it has already a lot of sites and it is (relative) easy to add your own sites.

Last weekend, I uninstalled the entire mediaportal, the TV server, the Windows patches, and anything else that might be interfering. I made a backup of the plugin databases so I could restore them after the installation. Now everything works. I'm not exactly sure what was causing the problem, but now all the videos play perfectly again.

Some MP2 installers contain three TV Servers: TVE3 TVE3.5 TvMosaic If the installer that you used offers you the choice of these three TV Servers, select TVE3. If you selected TVE3.5, run the installer again and select TVE3. The Kodi plugin is described as being intended for MP 2.5 and TVE3, so it should work. Unfortunately I do...

Hi, Is it straight forward to upgrade to x64 version from x86? Also, is there a list of plugins supporting x64? Thanks, Colin
